Morning and evening ritual.
Having a ritual is brilliant. I wouldn’t say what time one should wake up as each one has their own wake up time. I would like to share my routine and maybe you can take this adapt this according to your personal requirement.
5 things to do in the morn Ritual
1, Gratitude ….. We have discussed how much gratitude is an integral part of our lives.
Make a mental note to fill your day with positive thoughts. Negative thoughts bring you down. Morn set the tone right breathe a positive ripple, we had made a journey since childhood to reminisce one of that thoughts to make you smile have a great day. Nobody is perfect learn to appreciate the imperfection in you and in others.
Remind yourself whatever happens happens for the best. Believe in the universe that this happened for a reason. see the big picture.
6 : 4 breathing .few mins removes toxins
Make a mental note to compliment 1 person and help 1 person. it can be as simple as letting someone in on the line, giving parking opening a door … I am sure once you have an intent universe will create opportunity.
Night Ritual
Gratitude for the day ( do this with kids/partner/it will bring compassion)
square breathing the emptiness and fullness will give you better sleep
keep ur phone away from your bedroom. buy an alarm to wake u up in the morning.
