Key ingredients for happiness are ..

  1. One has to choose to be happy.
  2. Learn to acknowledge problems in life as part of life and not get absorbed into the problem.
  3. Content state of mind, being happy with what we have is the biggest step you can take towards being happi.
  4. No expectation from anything or anyone. Love someone because you want to love don’t expect back. This is easier said than done. But living a life of no expectation is liberating.
  5. Acceptance. Sometimes we do flaw or things just happen around us. Accept the situation and react only how much is needed regret more than what is required for a situation.
  6. This stage will change. Same as acceptance stage but here you realize no stage of life is permanent you will have to be prepared for a life filled with ups and downs.
  7. Live in the moment. Thinking of past if it puts a smile on you face brilliant otherwise slowly train you mind to accept, acknowledge and move on. Future is you are ambitious great keep it going but don’t beat yourself for a future which you don’t even know if you would be there. Every day at-least for 3 mins stay in the present state NOW.

While doing all this you should lead a life filled with love and adapt an active lifestyle. Make time for learning and set aside for charity in any form. Happiness is a journey not destination.
